Orders: If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at support@stansakai.com  Please allow up to 1-3 business days for a response.  We appreciate your patience and understanding!  If a damaged item is shipped to you, or an item is missing from your order,  or if you received a wrong item, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.  All sales are final.

International Shipments:  Unfortunately, we do not ship out products internationally with the exception of original art pieces or official covers.  Please contact us at support@stansakai.com if you are interested in an art piece.

Business or Professional Inquiries:  Please e-mail (support@stansakai.com) with “Proposal” in the subject headline, with details and references.  Your inquiry may be forwarded to Stan Sakai’s agent.

Appearance Invitations:  If you would like to invite Stan Sakai to your convention, please e-mail (support@stansakai.com) with “Appearance Invitation” in the subject headline.  Please include the comic con location and date. If we are interested, we will e-mail you his appearance fee and accommodations.

Commissions are currently closed.  We will post on social media when Stan Sakai will accept commission requests.
