We may be unable to respond to every fan mail or general messages.  That said, we appreciate you taking the time to write and share your support.  Please note that we also do not actively monitor messages sent via Facebook or Instagram.

Important Notes

  • We are unable to accommodate international shipping at this time.
  • We are unable to accept mail-in signing requests.

  •  Usagi Studios, Inc. and Dogu Publishing do not accept, review, or evaluate unsolicited manuscripts, book proposals, or other creative submissions.

Response Time

We do our best to respond as promptly as possible, but replies may be delayed during conventions or busy production periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Support:  Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. If your order arrives with a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damaged items.  All sales are final.

International Shipments:  Unfortunately, we do not ship out products internationally.

Business Inquiries: Please email us with "Proposal" in the subject line and include relevant details and references. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, your message may be forwarded to Stan Sakai's agent for review.  Please note that we do not review or evaluate unsolicited manuscripts or proposals.

Appearance Invitations: If you would like to invite Stan Sakai to appear at your convention or event, please email us with "Appearance Invitation" in the subject line. Be sure to include the event name, location, and dates. If there is interest and availability, we will respond with information regarding appearance fees and requirements.

Commissions Requests are open for attendees of San Diego Comic-Con 2026 and Hawaiian Islands Comic Art Festival 2027.
